Party Favors

I have a fun party favor idea to share today.  I started my project with some Skinny Candy Chutes from Annie's Paper Boutique and filled them with some M&M's.  The scalloped ovals were cut from a Spellbinders die and adhered to each chute.  Next I added the Cute Farm Animals from KaDoodle Bug Designs and stamped their faces with the Black Eyed Critters Face Stamps from Peachy Keen.
A hole was punched in each scalloped circle for some coordinating Trendy Twine.  A small sentiment flag was stamped with the Hooray for Birthdays stamp set from Scrappy Moms.

Just a Small Token of Thanks!

Today I have a card to share using the newly released Scrappy Moms Random Acts of Kindness stamp set.  I used a sketch from the DCWV July Sketch Challenge to a create pocket card.  All of the papers are from the DCWV Navy and Coral stack, such a fun color combination.
The pocket was created using a large tag from the same stack of paper and I fussy cut an extra banner to embellish the front of the pocket.  The heart was also cut from the same stack and tucked in behind the gift card.  A few paper flowers were added to the banner, the tag and heart.  The sentiment was stamped on a hand cut flag.  The finishing touch on my card was a small bow in Totally Navy Trendy Twine.

Ride Away With Me!

Today I have another card to share with the July release stamps from Scrappy Moms.  I used the Cowboy Up stamp set for my card, I just love how versatile this stamp set is and it's not just for western themed projects as you can see with my card.
For my card, I used the Cutie KaToodles - USA Hot Air Balloon from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  The balloon was embossed with the Darice Circle Background embossing folder and the basket was embossed with the Cuttlebug Fabric Swatches embossing folder.  I stamped the sentiment on a die cut ticket and added a small bow in Nautical Trendy Twine.

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Time to Play

Welcome to another Terrific Tuesday Challenge over at Scrappy Moms Stamps.  Our theme for this challenge is "Time to Play".  This challenge gave me the opportunity to create a masculine project for a change.  I cut the game controller from the Wrap It Up cartridge and the tag from the Crash! Boom! Pow! digital cartridge.  I found this fun paper in my stash which was perfect for my card.  The game controller and tag were popped up on foam dots for dimension.
A few enamel dots were adhered to the game controller.  Some Totally Black Trendy Twine was added for the cord of the controller.  The sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms Game Day stamp set.

Boots and Bling - it's a Cowgirl Thing!

Happy Monday!  Today I have another card to share using one of the Scrappy Moms Stamps July release stamp sets.  There are 2 new awesome stamp sets for this release Random Acts of Kindness and Cowboy Up!  My card was created using the Cowboy Up stamp set.  I found this fun Debbie Mumm paper in my stash which was perfect for my girly card.
To create my card, I used the Old West and Southwest cartridges available in the subscription for my Cricut Explore.  I layered the boots on top of a mat cut with a Spellbinders die which was embossed with the Cuttlebug Fabric Swatches embossing folder.  Some metallic bling was added to the badge, spurs and sentiment tag.  The sentiment was stamped on a cork sticker.  My card was finished off with a twine bow in Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine.

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Use a Star

Welcome to another Terrific Tuesday Challenge over at Scrappy Moms Stamps.  Our theme for this challenge is to "Use a Star".   For my project, I have a fun card to share today which was created using the Cutie KaToodle Anchor Bear cutting file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  The little starfish is a digital stamp from Peachy Keen Stamps and I stamped the face with the Cherub Face Assortment stamps also from Peachy Keen.
The water along the bottom edge of my card was punched with a Fiskars border punch in 2 different colors and layered.  I adhered some confetti stars to the punched border.  A few acrylic dots were added as embellishments.  The sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms newly released Anchors Away stamp set.  The sentiment was stamped on a scalloped tag cut from a Spellbinders die.  I finished off my card with a couple of bows in Nautical Trendy Twine.
